I loved my class with Chelsea! The combination of slow yoga movements and calming affirmations made the class soothing to my body and soul. Chelsea will meet you where you are and accommodate the movements for your skill level. I will definitely be taking another class!

That was so beautiful! ...it felt like I was emerging from a 365 day cocoon. I'd love to come 1–2 days a week and start my morning with you! The Savasana and then opening eyes to sunrise was magic.

Sunrise Faith Flow was so good! A perfect way to start the morning. Everything from the music, to the ambiance, to the Bible verse, and of course the flow — was amazing. I will be back regularly!

I had such a wonderful experience with Chelsea! She is such a thoughtful and attentive instructor. I came with a sore knee, and she immediately helped me tailor the workout with modifications that kept me moving while protecting my injury. I left feeling stretched, strong, and so much better than when I walked in. Her calm energy and clear guidance made it easy to follow along, even as a beginner. I can't recommend her enough!
